Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gumberg is considered to be one of the foremost experts in the retail real estate industry.
His distinguished over 40 year career encompasses all aspects of retail real estate including development, investment, operations and leasing. His exceptional talent and vision has culminated in uncommon success in the shopping center industry.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gumberg has advised hundreds of institutional clients and investors. He has been a speaker and lecturer at a number of national and regional real estate seminars and conventions; and has served on the Board of Directors for various national and international corporations.
Mr. Gumberg is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Penn State University; and is a licensed Real Estate broker in Florida and several other states.
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Etessam is responsible for the overall corporate financial and operations management of the company.
Ms. Etessam has a 35 year long career in the commercial real estate industry as well as several years in national retail store operations. Her broad based experience includes key executive positions in corporate operations and business development as well as all facets of real estate asset management and leasing.
Ms. Etessam holds a degree in Economics from Northeastern University in addition to a Graduate Certificate of Real Estate Financial Analysis from Harvard University.
Ms. Etessam is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been affiliated with the company for over 30 years.
Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Howard is a graduate of the University of Vermont and The Law School of George Washington University. As a specialist in real property law, Mr. Howard has over 45 years of experience in sophisticated and substantial transactions involving commercial leasing, acquisitions, lending and construction.
Mr. Howard’s views on commercial leasing law and related topics have been published in numerous periodicals and journals. He was formerly a partner in a prestigious New York law firm and is rated “AV” in Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Howard has served as General Counsel for the company for over 30 years.
